Each year Dr. Houtsma holds several crusades in various nations of the world. Over 90% of these city wide crusades are held in cities that have never successfully held such a meeting. It is Dr. Houtsma's burden to evangelize the unreached with the power of God. For 30 years Roger Houtsma World Outreach has concentrated its ministry among them.

Many of the places Roger Houtsma World Outreach visits are places that are subject to war, religious oppression, famine and poverty. RHWO Ministries is dedicated to the people we minister to, not only reaching them with the touch and message of Jesus' love, but with humanitarian aid as well.
