Greetings in the love of Jesus. Once again I would like to express our gratitude to each one of you that are standing with this ministry. Many wonderful developments are unfolding at this moment for the ministry.
In April I was in Dubai to preach a Conference and to work on a Foundation that is being established by a Princess from Uganda. She is using her royal status to make inroads into the Gulf States. It appears that we will be able to obtain a TV station for the work of the gospel through this Foundation. Also, arrangements are being made for Janice to accompany the Princess to meet with the Queen of Bahrain to help women's needs, and to bring help to abuse victims. God is opening doors to bring light and life in these nations in awesome ways.
CRUSADES
From Dubai I flew to Burundi and Rwanda to meet with leadership in preparation for Crusades and Leadership Conferences in these nations. In August of this year we will be holding the meetings in Burundi. This nation has just come out of war that spilled over from the Rwanda genocide and is ripe for revival. I am expecting a sovereign move of the Holy Spirit in this nation.
TELEVISION
We are excited to know that every day that Power Vision Television station in India is broadcasting our programs in English and Hindi. This station covers the nation as well as reaching into the Middle East where there is a large Indian expatriate population. We are praying for the developments of this station in its programming and growing coverage of the Indian population. It is their desire to make this station available through satellite around the world. This is an expanding ministry.
In addition to the Indian television ministry, an opportunity is developing for Africa. A friend is obtaining a satellite TV station that will cover all of Africa. Programming is being planned in English and French. My friend is strongly encouraging me to develop programming for this station. He wants to offer Prime Time at extremely reasonable prices. Please be in prayer with me about this. Presently I have need of funding for new editing equipment for this ministry. Some of our equipment has worn out and is outdated. Just to keep things running I need $10,000-15,000 for the replacement and upgrade of existing equipment. CHRISTIAN LIFE INTERNATIONAL BIBLE COLLEGE
In my last newsletter I gave you an update concerning our Bible Colleges with new areas of interest and development. These new areas were: ANTIQUA, Cotonou, BENIN, and Takoradi, GHANA. Today Cesar Bezamahouta from Douala, Cameroon is in Bangui, CENTRAL AFRICA REPUBLIC to set up a residential Bible College. The head of the Foursquare Church in that nation has asked us to establish CLIBC for their ministry training for the Foursquare Church. Other groups will also send their students to this branch of CLIBC.
THE TURNING OF THE TIDE
Joel 2:18-26
18 Then will the LORD be jealous for his land, and pity his people.
19 Yea, the LORD will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen:
20 But I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.
21 Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things.
22 Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.
23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.
24 And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.
25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
After the prayer of Joel 2:12-17 there is deliverance and blessing for the land, the animals, the children of Zion, the harvest, and for worship.
Once more the Lord is jealous for His land. Land is mentioned 12 times in Joel - the number of divine order and government. All will be put back in order.
Lamentations 3:22-23
22 It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. 23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
Our Father will spare His family for the sake of His great name. When we call upon the Lord He will "answer" us. This word means, "to eye or to heed, pay attention; by implication, to respond, to begin to speak, reply."
Whenever His people repent and commit themselves afresh to His service, God sends plenty of the corn of His Word and the wine and oil of His Spirit. We are satisfied with His goodness. Nothing in this world can compare with the things of God. Natural blessings will never slake our thirst or fulfill the cry of our hungry hearts.
With the blessing of the Word and the Spirit He will remove from us the "northern army" that brings death and stagnation. There is coming a recovery of the move of God's Spirit in the earth, and a great harvest is about to be reaped.
This is why He is sending the early and the latter rain. The coming of the latter rain is the coming of the Lord into the midst of His people. There have been two days (2,000 years) of shaking, casting off the works of darkness. Yes, darkness shall cover the earth but the GLORY of the Lord will be seen upon His Church - He is rising with HEALING in His wings!
He will come to us as the early and the latter rain, the outpouring of the Spirit. New life is to spring forth, after the storm is a time of growth and development.
The early and latter rain is the outpouring of the Spirit that waters the ground so that it matures and ripens. Fruit for the Christian is the fruit of the Spirit - love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, meekness, tenderness, temperance, faith - or the fruit of souls brought into the Kingdom. The outpourings of the Spirit, then, are meant to bring about an effectiveness in reaping souls for the Kingdom and for the development of Christian character in our life. WE ARE BEING FILLED.
This early and latter rain outpouring is to take us into the Third Dimension as seen below:
1st Dimension Outer Court - Salvation, water baptism, consecration
2nd Dimension Holy Place - Baptism in the Holy Spirit
3rd Dimension Holy of Holies - Fullness, Place where He dwells
This third dimension has to do with NATURE and BEING. Because of this outpouring of the Holy Spirit we are now able to move from the religious to the real, from the shadow to essence. In this place people become what they give. Because we have been blessed and have something to give we are not to withhold. Freely have you received, freely give.
We are to be a people wholly given to be His delight and pleasure. We bring Him pleasure when we are made to be like Him. To this people the Lord says, I will not only open the windows of Heaven for you; I will open YOU and make YOU to become the floodgates of Heaven. I will pour YOU out and make YOU to become the blessing that is immeasurable and inestimable.
These past few years God has poured out of my ministry through mentoring and personally others, and for this reason more doors are open to us.
May the Lord lead you in these challenging times and His blessing be mightily upon you.
